Feldenkrais Class at Kaiser
Gentle, enjoyable movement sequences designed to improve coordination, flexibility, balance and breathing. The Feldenkrais Method® helps people improve everyday activities such as walking sitting rolling over in bed, getting out of a chair, reaching, bending, driving, and participating in your favorite workout or sport. The class addresses repetitive stress injury, chronic pain and recovery from injury, stroke and surgery.
