Students will design and build their very own video game! They will learn how to use the Unity Game Engine and program with the C# programming language. There are nine in-person classes and unlimited access to videos, supplemental materials, and the teacher during the entire course. The in-person classes are held on the following Mondays at 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm: January 22, 29 February 5, 12, 26 March 5, 12, 19 April 2 FAQs How does the course work? During the course you will be able to move at your own pace. Each week we will cover specific parts of your project in more detail. Students who spend more time working outside of class are likely to get more out of the course. What equipment is needed for the course? Students are required to bring a laptop with wireless internet capabilities and headphones. A mouse and mouse pad is optional, but recommended. What happens if you miss a week? Access to materials and educators is unlimited during the course. If you need notes on what you missed, questions answered, or any additional help, just contact your teacher! Are there any prerequisites or experience required? No experience required. All you need is curiosity and a desire to learn a new skill! What is the recommended age for students?
